Can members view workouts before coming to the gym?

Yes. Once a workout is published for the day, members can view the full programming in the app, including scaling options and stimulus notes added by the coach.

Do personal bests update automatically?

Yes, when a member logs a score against a designated benchmark section. The system compares against their previous best and updates automatically.

What if a class isn’t linked to a track?

Members booked into that class will see a “No Workout Assigned” message. Ensure every scheduled class is linked to a track in the setup.
