Frequently asked questions about member app.
Can members cancel their membership from the app?
Yes. Self-service cancellations can be enabled, allowing members to initiate the process directly. Notice periods and cancellation fees still apply as configured in the tariff.
What’s the default login for new members?
The member’s unique identifier (RSA ID, passport number, or email) serves as both username and default password. We recommend prompting members to reset on first login.
Does the app work offline?
Basic features like viewing the timetable and QR code are cached. Bookings and payments require an active connection.
